The National Anthem of the United States is “The Stars-Spangled Banner”. As we know, the lyrics of it come from a poem. The poem was written by Francis Scott Key (1779-1843) during the War of 1812. The bombardment of Fort McHenry during the Battle of Baltimore is one of the inspiration to write the poem. Unfortunately, the most people of America have trouble for remembering the lyrics of “The Stars-Spangled Banner”.
